Ronald’s Story
September 11, 2020
In 2017, I ruptured and had a complete tear of the posterior tibialis tendon in the right foot. Dr. Michaud had to transfer a smaller tendon of the right foot to replace the torn tibialis tendon. He wasn’t sure that I would ever be able to run the distances that I was used to running, but still was very positive in the outcome of the operation. In 6 months, I was back to running, and in 2019, I completed The 100 Mile Ghost Train Ultra, at age 67, thanks to Dr. Michaud. I have 100% faith in Dr. Michaud’s abilities as a surgeon and as a person who truly cares about the patient’s welfare!
