Dina’s Story

I was referred to Dr. Hogan by Dr. Goumas because of a previous injury to my left hip…for what seemed an eternity of endless excruciating pain that landed me on crutches for almost a complete year….For reasons no fault of my own I had to keep putting off the inevitable which was a complete hip replacement. When the day came that I was told I could have the surgery I needed to become “me” again, I didn’t hesitate for a moment.  I called Dr. Hogan’s office after speaking with her only one time more than a year before. Not only did she remember me, but also my circumstances from back then. I was relieved to hear that she could perform the surgery I so badly needed. I had my hip replacement on November 5, 2014.  Less than a month later I was on ice skates enjoying spending time with my family doing the things I used to love to do before my accident that landed me in my situation to begin with….to that, I would absolutely say not only are the Drs at NHOC extremely friendly and professional…they honestly care! I would tell my story over and over again to anyone who would listen and more importantly I would recommend anyone who needs an orthopedic doctor to not hesitate and go directly to NHOC….thank you for all you have done for me in the past three years Dr. Goumas and Dr. Hogan….the both of you have given me back what I feared was gone…my Life.  And for that you will be for ever in my thoughts and prayers.
