Dolores’ Story

80 days post meniscus surgery and I easily hiked to the White Mountain summit of Mt. Eisenhower (4,780′) on rugged terrain – a total of 6.6 miles and 2,750′ gain – a very rocky trail which required a lot from my knee. Pain free! Thanks Dr. Vailas!
